We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Personal Data Processing. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer as we are not required to. For any privacy questions, contact us at info@flagship24.com.
2. What data we process and why
- Inquiries and communication – name, company, email, phone and message content you send us by email, phone or through the request form (the form sends them to us by email). Purpose: responding to your inquiry and negotiating a contract. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Clients – contact and billing details of client representatives. Purpose: performance of the contract, invoicing and accounting. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- Our clients' customers – name, delivery address, phone and email of parcel recipients. We process this data as a processor on the client's instructions (Art. 28 GDPR); the respective online store is the controller.
- Technical data – IP address and access logs stored automatically by our hosting provider for security and operation of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Our legitimate interests are communicating with prospective and existing clients, keeping the website secure and running, and establishing or defending legal claims.
Providing your data is voluntary. Without contact details, however, we cannot reply to you or enter into a contract. Client billing details are required by law. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
3. How long we keep data
Inquiries that did not lead to cooperation are kept for no more than 2 years. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and then for the period required by law (accounting records 10 years). Data of our clients' customers is kept as set out in the data processing agreement. Technical logs are kept according to the hosting settings.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only to the extent necessary: with our hosting and email provider (WEDOS Internet, a.s.), carriers for parcel delivery, accountants and tax advisors, and public authorities where required by law. We never sell data. Where we use tools from providers based outside the European Economic Area, data is transferred only with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (a European Commission adequacy decision such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).
5. Cookies and similar technologies
- Necessary – we only store your cookie consent choice in your browser's storage (localStorage). The website needs this to work properly and no consent is required for it.
- Analytics – not used at the moment. If we introduce them in the future (e.g. to measure traffic), they will only run with your consent.
You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz). Send your requests to info@flagship24.com; we will reply within 30 days.
7. Security
The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorized staff bound by confidentiality have access to personal data.
